摘要
In order to increase the attractiveness and renaissance of traditional public bicycles for residents’ last-mile travel demands and guide travelers to use rentals more than other shared bicycles. From the perspective of planning decision-makers and customers, we establish a bi-level programming location model for urban public bicycle rental stations. The upper objective function is to minimize the fixed investment cost from the perspective of decision-makers. And the lower model minimizes the total travel time of residents’ trips. The proposal of the iteration stop condition in this model is made up for the insufficiency of the previous model which can’t stop iteration in time, which improves the computation speed of obtaining the optimal value. Meanwhile, the simplified model calculation process is given, in which the upper and lower model is solved by the Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm (PSO) and the traditional optimization method respectively.
