摘要
In order to improve the riding comfort and handling stability of the vehicle, semi-active suspension has become the hot spot of research. It can be real-time to get the road and vehicle attitude changes in data through the sensor to control the variable damping shock absorber to change the damping characteristics, control the vibration of the vehicle. To improve the performance of semi-active suspension, based on damping continuously adjustable absorber, the control algorithm of semi-active suspension was studied. First, in light of the non-linear characteristics of the system, a quarter suspension dynamic model was established. The hybrid controller of sky hook and ground hook was selected as the reference model. The sliding mode controller was designed, and the constant velocity reaching law was selected to reduce the chattering phenomenon. On this basis, a 7-DOF vehicle model was built for coordinated control of body attitude, and the vertical vibration fuzzy controller, the pitch vibration fuzzy controller and the roll vibration fuzzy controller were designed to modify the four suspension forces. The simulation shows that the control effect is satisfactory under random and discrete impact road.
