摘要
The affair of transportation and the environment is acrid in mood as transportation brings massive socioeconomic profits, but concurrently transportation is jolting environmental systems. From one side, transportation activities bolster increasing mobility demands for passengers and freight, while on the other, these are correlated with environmental impacts. This study was conducted to determine the adverse environmental effects (such as oil spill, dumping waste on the sea surface, shore pollution) of transportation emissions on the future of Belt and Road initiatives countries. Here, we have conferred about the environmental dimensions of transportation (causes, activities, outputs, end results). Additionally, assessments are done by establishing and quantifying environmental externalities. To diagnose multiple impacts of transportation this paper cites a scientometric analyze hinged on distinctive published articles through co-author, co-occurring and co-citation reasoning. The results asserted by visual representation compared high-impact authors, collaborative communications among organizations in developed and developing countries of the Belt and Road initiatives. Also, integrated research of various effects and structure analysis of the transportation network is recommended. The findings of this study provide researchers and practitioners with an in-depth understanding of sustainable transportation alongside managing transport demand and improving transport supply for the green development of Belt and Road countries.
