摘要
The performance of high-speed railway is inevitably confronted with the disturbance of abnormal events, which affects the stability of traffic and the capacity of railway network. In this study, we propose a method that based on alternative graph to analysis the capacity of high-speed railway under abnormal events. First, the alternative graph is constructed considering the basic information of train operation and infrastructure. Next, the integer linear programming model based on the alternative graph is established with the constraints of train tracking interval time, train operation sequence and train operation time etc., and the objective of minimizing the total train delay. The train operation sequence is rescheduled by combining the first-come first-serve (FCFS) and first-leave first-service (FLFS) scheduling strategy, and the model is solved by using MATLAB and commercial optimization software CPLEX. Finally, the model is validated by a small-scale railway network, and it can be concluded that the optimized infrastructure occupancy is smaller than that when disturbance occurs and when planning runs. Furthermore, compared with the delay caused by the train running in the initial timetable, this approach can reduce the train delay. This study can provide guidance for the generation of scheduling strategies under abnormal events at the macro level.
