In order to ensure the stability of cooperation and revenue appreciation of multimodal transport, the coordination of multimodal transport based on revenue-sharing contract is studied on the basis of considering the interests of multimodal transport participants. From the perspective of supply chain coordination, this paper comprehensively considers the operation network, service level and the interests of multimodal transport participants, and constructs a decentralized decision and centralized decision model based on multimodal transport system. By comparing the freight volume under the decentralized and centralized decision model, the revenue-sharing contract is established, and the multimodal transport under decentralized decision-making supply chain is coordinated. The result of coordination shows that the established revenue-sharing contract improves the performance of multimodal transport profit and the improvement in service level has an incentive effect on the cooperation of multimodal transport.
