In this paper, firstly, the accessibility evaluation model is established, and based on Jiangsu Province of China, the changes of urban traffic accessibility before and after the opening of high-speed rail and after the completion of vacuum tube maglev in the future are analyzed quantitatively. On this basis, the paper discusses the important influence of the upgrading of regional industrial structure and the optimization of regional functional facilities layout on regional sustainable development.
