Based on the investigation of the types of highway toll evasion in Henan Province, this paper summarizes the typical characteristics of toll evasion. Using the method of big data analysis and mining, this paper studies the characteristics and correlation of vehicles, studies the relationship between vehicles, weights, routes and whether or not the vehicles evade fees, establishes the identification strategy of evasion fees, provides technical support for the construction of the highway anti-evasion fee inspection system, effectively mobilizes the enthusiasm of the inspectors, and makes the evasion fees behavior be comprehensively monitored and managed.
