摘要
Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an Industry 4.0 methodology that is increasingly used in the domain of Transportation. The BIM approach centers around an intelligent three-Dimensional (3D) model shared across team members, acting as a collaborative hub throughout the entire lifecycle of an asset. It centralizes different types of information of a geometric, physical, and economic nature. Meanwhile, A geographic information system (GIS) brings efficiencies and better information to bear across your organization via leveraging the power of location intelligence. Internet of Things and Sensors Technologies have also been playing an increasingly important role for Smart Transportation Asset Management
By merging BIM, IoT and GIS data and building the "digital twin", this paper introduces a Next-generation Smart Transportation Asset Management Solution – OnMap Big Data Platform. The OnMap platform provides fundamentals for Spatially Enabled Big data, a converged infrastructure for management of massive BIM, GIS, and IoT data. The platform employs PWA and microservice architecture to achieve low cost, high customizability intelligent solutions for different applications.
Utilizing the innovative OnMap platform, a Case Study of Implementation in Airport Asset Management is discussed.
