摘要
In the cooperative vehicle infrastructure system, the coordination between speed and intersection signal control on urban road neither can exist effectively without the other. They allocate the road network traffic flow evenly and do overall coordination control from the space-time dimension. The aim is to balance the network traffic volume, improve traffic efficiency and the level of traffic management. Based on the analysis of the correlation, difference and characteristic of the coordination between speed and intersection signal control, the relation of signal control and speed control is obtained. And the cooperative model is established, including the objective function, constraint variable and cooperative expression. Eventually, the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. Last, a road network is used to test the coordination model by VISSIM. The results show that the coordinative model of speed and intersection signal control can optimize balanced distribution of the vehicle in the road network and improve the traffic efficiency.
