Green reactive powder concrete (RPC) using Portland Type I cement (OPC), silica fume (SF), waste glass powder (WGP), fly ash (FA), and 100% recycled fine aggregate (RFA) was developed. Experimental packing density methodology was used to determine the final mix design, which consists of dry packing density and wet packing density investigation. At water-to-binder (w/b) ratio of 0.22, 56-day compressive strength was 115 MPa when using the natural sand. The 56-day compressive strength was 100 MPa when the natural sand was completely replaced by the recycled sand at w/b ratio of 0.18. The density, absorption, voids were determined following ASTM C 642. Microstructural analyses such as SEM and MIP were performed.
