摘要
Distribution network is an important part of the electric power system, which is developing at a high speed, for many cities in China. In order to cope with the rapid growth of electric load, power quality demand is increasing, the development of the distribution network is facing more challenges. With the need of improving the distribution network power supply resilience, optimizing the network operation structure, and suppling stably, with high-quality and safely, it is necessary to deeply study the optimization decision of distribution network reconfiguration. It is found that the homogenization of sub network scale can reduce the fluctuation and instability factors of distribution network. By reasonably distributing the number of distribution network nodes in the sub-network, the node voltage offset is optimized and the system resilience is improved. Based on this, this paper proposes a resilient distribution network reconfiguration model considering the homogenization of the sub-network scale. In this paper, mathematical planning such as Second Order Cone Programming (SOCP) is used in distribution network reconfiguration. Also, the deviation of uneven distribution of subnet nodes is regarded as a penalty term and calculated into the optimization objective. The yalmip toolbox is used to invoke the gurobi solver for the optimization calculation of the 33-node system, and the results prove the effectiveness of the proposed model.
