摘要
Under the Background of ‘Carbon peaking and Carbon neutrality’ goals, with the rapid development of clean energy, power system is gradually transforming to low-carbon. The proportion of distributed photovoltaic in the distribution network increases rapidly, and the uncertainty of its output and the randomness of the access scheme can easily lead to dramatic changes in line power flow and bring about operational safety problems. Aiming at the problem that high proportion of distributed photovoltaic access affects the safe and stable operation of distribution network, this paper proposes a distributed photovoltaic acceptance ability evaluation method based on voltage sensitivity and multi-scenario power flow simulation. The method uniformly generates the possible access scheme of distributed photovoltaic in the network and simulates the multi-power flow. Finally, by comparing the peak voltage of each scheme, the distributed photovoltaic carrying capacity of distribution network is evaluated. Taking IEEE 14-bus system as an example, the results show that the proposed method can effectively solve the calculation problem of distributed photovoltaic carrying capacity of distribution network.
