摘要
Aiming at the problem that flexible interconnection devices, energy storage devices and line capacity are not involved in the coordinated development of distributed power and distribution networks, a network-storage planning method for low-voltage AC and DC flexible interconnected distribution systems is proposed. Firstly, the flexible interconnection mode of low-voltage distribution network is proposed, and the control modes of the flexible interconnection device under normal and fault operating states are analyzed; secondly, the cooperative planning model of flexible interconnection device, energy storage and line capacity with normal and fault operation strategies embedded is constructed, the planning layer aims to minimize the comprehensive cost of distribution network planning and operation, and the operation layer is based on the power flow optimization considering the power flow regulation of flexible interconnection devices and the role of energy storage peak shaving and valley filling, and put forward the fault transfer strategy and reliability evaluation method of flexible interconnected distribution network; thirdly, in the face of the discrete and continuous variable mixed integer nonlinear characteristics of the model, a solution method based on particle swarm optimization and cone programming is proposed; finally, the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed method are verified by an example.
