摘要
In the drive system of permanent magnet synchronous motor , high dv/dt and di/dt are generated due to the rapid on-off of the switching device, thereby giving rise to significant conducted electromagnetic disturbance, which generates severe obstruction to both adjacent equipments and itself. To solve this problem, relevant research focus on the simulation accuracy of the high-frequency parasitic parameters since it is closely related to such electromagnetic disturbance in the drive system. This paper clarifies the disturbance source and propagation path of the drive system, details the extraction process of high-frequency parasitic parameters,proposes a modeling and prediction methodology for the conducted disturbance of permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system and then carries out simulation and experiment to verify the proposed methodology. Experiments show that the methodology can effectively predict the conducted disturbance waveform of the motor drive system,which sheds lights on the study of electromagnetic disturbance problems of drives in various permanent magnet synchronous motor .
