摘要
In view of the situation that the distribution network is prone to multiple failures in the process of fault repair under extreme weather such as typhoon, thunderstorm, rain and snow, a distribution network fault recovery and emergency repair strategy including distributed generation (DG) is proposed. In the process of fault repair, the objective function is to minimize the economic loss. Then, in the fault recovery strategy, the main network and island partition coordinated control are used for recovery. In the fault repair strategy, the inertia weight is dynamically adjusted and the similar particles are mutated to solve the premature issue of particle swarm optimization (PSO). In view of the multiple faults in the emergency repair process, the optimal recovery and repair strategy is adjusted for each fault to ensure that the distribution network is reliable and quickly repaired to normal operation. Finally, the IEEE-33 node system is used for example analysis. Simulating the multiple faults occur in the distribution network, the studied strategy optimizes the fault recovery and emergency repair scheme of distribution network after each fault, which shortens the recovery time and reduces the economic loss. The results verify the superiority of the proposed strategy.
