Switch State Optimization of Doubly Salient Electromagnetic Motor Based on Torque Closed-loop Control

摘要
Due to the problem that the torque ripple increases when the torque closed-loop control of doubly salient electromagnetic motor (DSEM) is large in speed or load, this paper proposes a switch state optimization strategy based on torque closed-loop control. In order to ensure that the conduction phase can output enough torque to compensate for the non-conduction phase torque during commutation, an electrical cycle of DSEM was divided into 9 sectors. Combined with the influence of the phase current change rate on the torque output in different switch states, the method of switch state optimization in each sector was determined. Finally, a 12/8-pole DSEM model is simulated, and the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed switch state optimization method, which can effectively suppress the torque ripple when the motor speed or load increases.
