摘要
Generally, the PWM updating causes one-step delay in the digital current control system, hence the deadbeat current control can be easily achieved by predicting the current with one more step. However, in the control system implemented on the platform based on the dSPACE DS1103, two-step delay exists in the platform. In this paper, the effect of the two-step delay on the classical deadbeat current control (DBCC) is investigated. It shows that the classical DBCC will be unstable even when the inductances are matched. Since one-step delay and two-step delay appear alternately in the system, the two-step prediction method cannot be used. As a result, a deadbeat active disturbance rejection control (DB-ADRC) is employed. A digital extended state observer (ESO) is developed to improve the system’s robustness to both the parameter variations and delay variation. Effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by experimental results.
