With the rapid development of distributed renewable energy, power electronic equipment is widely connected to the grid. The problem of renewable energy consumption is becoming more and more serious, and it also brings great pressure to the safe operation of the grid.The research focus of this paper is to deal with the rapid growth of clean energy to solve the local consumption problem of high proportion of renewable energy power system and ensure the safe operation of the power grid, and realize the local synchronization with the minimum cost, while strengthening the connection between the power grid and clean energy and controllable load.Aiming at the goal of economical and efficient operation of power grid, this paper proposes an operation scheme to realize the independent operation control scenarios and strategies of "source-network-charge-storage", "peer control" and "plug and play" access to power grid.

In order to achieve coordination between the local consumption of high-penetration intermittent renewable energy and the safe operation of the power grid, a distributed cluster model of renewable energy was constructed by analyzing the correlation between renewable energy output and load. At the same time, by optimizing the construction of intelligent distributed in-situ protection, hierarchical and hierarchical resource control and other measures, focusing on improving the level of regionalized renewable energy regulation and the local distribution network's ability to absorb distributed renewable energy in a high proportion of renewable energy The safe and stable operation of the grid under the impact of energy grid connection supports the renewable energy regulation of the superior grid.
