基于分级教学的大学英语课程建设路径探析——以兰州大学《高阶英语》为例

摘 要:《大学英语教学指南(2020版)》坚持了2015版《指南》把大学英语教学分为基础、提高、发展的三级目标体系,为大学英语分级教学提供了政策依据。《高阶英语》对应《指南》中的发展级,面向兰州大学学有余力、具有个性化需求的学生群体。文章总结了《高阶英语》课程建设和改革的经验,指出教学方法和手段的创新是课程建设的中心工作,课程思政元素的融入使得大学英语的人文性功能落到了实处,教师的成长和发展是保证课程建设成功的关键。文章分析了《高阶英语》课程建设中存在的问题,提出了进一步完善课程建设的建议。文章通过研究《高阶英语》课程的建设路径,探析大学英语课程改革的一般规律。



Abstract: The Guidelines on College English Teaching (2020) continues to divide the College English teaching objectives into the basic, improving and developmental hierarchies, which provide guidelines for teaching English to students of varying levels of English proficiency. The Advanced College English course, corresponding to the developmental level formulated in the Guidelines, serves personalized needs of students with a high level of English proficiency at Lanzhou University. This article summarizes the experience of the course design and reform of the Advanced College English. Meanwhile, it points out that the innovation on the teaching approaches and methods is the core of the course design, the infusion of the elements for morality cultivation serves the humanistic purpose of College English teaching more efficiently, and the development of college English teachers’ professional expertise guarantees a successful course design. Finally, the article analyzes the problems and challenges to the teachers engaged in the course design of the Advanced College English and provides suggestions on how the course design could be further improved. The main purpose of this study is to explore a model applied in the course design of the Advanced College English and the general principles of the reform of College English courses.
