摘要
An electromagnetic energy-harvesting suspension system with semi-active vibration control is studied in this paper. Battery and supercapacitor are combined to store the harvested energy. Dynamic vehicle model with the proposed suspension is constructed in Matlab/Simulink. An energy storage strategy is designed to distribute the harvested energy between the battery and the supercapacitor according to the fluctuations of the motor output voltage and current. The skyhook control and the groundhook control are adopted to adjust the damping force by means of the current hysteresis band method. Simulations are performed on the vehicle model at a vehicle speed of 20m/s on a C-level road surface. Results show that the dynamic performances of the proposed suspension system are better than that of the electromagnetic energy-harvesting suspension without control, and the harvested energy is stored properly.
