摘要
With the rapid growing of environment-friendly electric vehicles, the noise-vibration-harshness (NVH) issues become more significant for ride comfort, due to the replacement of traditional engine to electric motor. While the attenuation of electric vehicle’s NHV requires the consideration of much broader frequency range, which is more challenging especially for the design of rubber motor mounts. This paper presents a thorough experimental study regarding the vibration isolation characteristics of an electric transmission mounting system. The considered electric vehicle implements a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) and a 3-point transmission mounting system. Different rubber mounts were tested and compared in the experiments, which were performed at different vehicle speeds, mainly on a rotary drum test bench as well as on various test pavements. The multi-directional vibration isolation characteristics up to 6000 Hz of the mounting system are investigated, using the measured acceleration at motor- and frame- sides of the 3 mounts. It is demonstrated that the motor-induced vertical vibration near 70, 300, 600, 1500 Hz tend to be amplified by the considered mounting system.
