This paper presents at first the research background of micro-vibration problem for high precision spacecraft; the key micro-vibration techniques involved during the development process of high precision spacecraft are introduced, which are concerning micro-vibration measurement and analysis, micro-vibration control, micro-vibration test verification. Then, the paper gives the features and challenges of micro-vibration measurement and analysis; the difficult points, the technical ways, and the engineering applications of micro-vibration control for high precision spacecraft are described, which are concerning essentially the integrated analysis-design approach for micro-vibration control, and the development technique for micro-vibration isolators; the micro-vibration test techniques for disturbance equipment, sensitive payload, and for the whole spacecraft are presented in details. Finally, the paper summarizes briefly the technical development status of micro-vibration control for high precision spacecraft, and an outlook for the future development of micro-vibration techniques is also given.
