高速水润滑动压螺旋槽轴承具有诸多技术优势,然而高速水润滑动压螺旋槽轴承的润滑理论与设计方法尚有若干问题值得研究。针对高速水润滑动压螺旋槽轴承空化效应、惯性效应、紊流效应和热效应的定量描述难题,论文基于两相流理论,建立了考虑气液界面效应的广义雷诺方程和描述气泡状态的群体平衡方程;采用超松弛迭代法求解广义雷诺方程;采用离散区间法和时间步进法求解气泡群体平衡方程;计算了高速水润滑动压螺旋槽轴承的压力分布和气泡体积密度分布,给出了轴承的静态特性的计算方法。研制了高速水润滑动压螺旋槽轴承性能测试装置,开展了高速水润滑动压螺旋槽轴承的静态特性测试研究,验证了所建立的理论模型的正确性;较为系统地开展了高速水润滑动压螺旋槽轴承静、动态特性理论分析。
