In order to improve the adhesion, carbon deposition, corrosion, wear and other problems on the surface of rubber tire mold and improve the service life of tire mold, commercial PTFE anti adhesion coating, PPS + PTFE anti adhesion coating and KH550 + PTFE anti adhesion coating were prepared on the surface of tire mold by using organic coating technology. The water contact angle of the anti adhesion coating and the element content of the coating surface before and after the rubber vulcanization test were mainly tested. The water contact angles of the three coatings are 134 °、 138 °、 140 °, Both of them are hydrophobic; The element composition and relative content of commercial PTFE anti adhesion coating and KH550 + PTFE anti adhesion coating before and after vulcanization test were observed by scanning electron microscope. The relative content of F element before vulcanization test was 41.25% and 75.75%, respectively, without S element; After vulcanization test, the relative percentages of F and S were 29.98% and 74.30% and 1.70% and 0, respectively. This shows that the anti adhesion performance of KH550 + PTFE anti adhesion coating is obviously better than that of commercial PTFE anti adhesion coating, and there is no adhesion of rubber components after vulcanization test.
