With this time's request of scientific planning and scientific decision-making, planners have more and more demand for data resources，analysis tools and algorithm models, but they often stop at the learning threshold of information technology such as big data processing and machine learning. Therefore, helping planners to integrate planning disciplines with data science has become an important subject. This paper combines Wuhan's planning practice, focus of research in the integration of big data resources, improve data mining analysis capabilities, achieve intelligent assessment and model deduction, online collaborative design based on cloud platform, etc., through the planning of quantitative analysis platform construction, refine the planning thinking logic, reconstructing the whole process of planning business from the status quo investigation, simulation evaluation to results production, exploring the implementation of new ideas and new models based on data-driven planning.
