Micro-simulation is useful for prediction method of demographic dynamics. Although initial household micro-data is required for micro-simulation, detailed household attribute is not available to protect privacy. The method of estimating initial household micro-data by using household sample data obtained by large-scale questionnaire survey has been proposed, however it does not have sufficient versatility. The objective of this study is to develop household micro-data estimation system using only mesh-based open-data such as census. In this system, each household attribute is probabilistically generated from the population and household composition ratio of census by Monte Carlo approach. Also, consider spatial heterogeneity of individual and household attributes by adapting to marginal distribution of population. As a result, marginal distribution could be reproduced with high accuracy. In addition, it was confirmed that initial household micro-data equivalent to existing method using large sample data was estimated.
