Research on urban spatial structure optimization analysis system based on nonlinear Lowry model

Based on the theoretical framework of Lowry model, this paper constructs a nonlinear programming model with the objective function of maximizing the total regional land rent. The model takes the industrial development scale, industrial development orientation and land resource supply within the region as constraints. Then, the model takes 157 townships in the sixth ring road of Beijing as the research object, and completes the scenario simulation calculation. Based on the framework of this model, the urban industrial and residential spatial distribution characteristics are analyzed when the basic industrial spatial pattern framework is determined. The technical process and simulation analysis capability of the model framework in the empirical application of urban spatial structure analysis are verified. It lays a theoretical and practical foundation for the construction of Optimal Analysis System of Urban Spatial Structure based on the nonlinear Lowry model, and further expands the research perspective of urban spatial structure.
