Using the big data analysis method, the related research on the risk management and control of emergency events in Xicheng District of Beijing was carried out, which provided support for the pre-forecasting and control of the emergencies in Xicheng District. More than 700 incidents occurred in the seven years from 2011 to 2017 will be summarized and spatially visualized to form the data foundation of this paper. Through research, it is found that the location of the sudden occurrence of Xicheng District has obvious spatial agglomeration characteristics, and has obvious time characteristics, and the location and time of occurrence of different types of emergencies are also different. According to these characteristics, the control measures of “zoning, time-sharing and classification” for the control of emergencies in Xicheng District are proposed.
