Geo-tagged social media nowadays eliminates real spatial distance among people in the world and provide great amount of information for human sociology study. Blued is a representative same-sexual social application in China with function of “find people nearby”. Adopting Ordinary Least Squares as main analysis method, this paper discusses on the spatial and temporal distribution patterns of sexual minorities represented by gay men and various built environmental attributes on the basis of considering the geographical information of the population and the environmental factors in the Chinese city of Guangzhou. The result illustrated that the distribution of residential, restaurants, scenic spots, shopping malls, sports centers, companies, education facilities, hotels has diverse impact on user's amount, which vary from each time. In general, the average number of active users on weekdays has increased significantly compared to rest days; Less active in the afternoon than in the evening; distribution of sports centers and companies are significantly positively correlated with the dependent variable.
