Faced with the limited technical strength and resource protection requirements in remote mountainous areas, a remote expert evaluation system is designed based on cloud service platform. On the basis of the analysis of system users, the remote expert evaluation system is structured, then the cloud platform service architecture and system functions are designed. This cloud platform construction can enhance the informatization level of the planning review process and improve the efficiency and scientificity of the review process.
