The population in the central and western cities net inflows, which means the urbanization of small and medium-sized cities is common. In addition, on weekdays, population net flows from the eastern cities to the central and western cit-ies, which means the latter’s rise of industry. On weekends, population net flows from the northern cities to the southern cities, which means the latter has advantages in short-distance travel. Furthermore, in the region, there are almost no provincial administrative barriers on weekdays, but there are some of them on weekends.
