Objective: To investigate and analyze the current status of data literacy of medical graduate students in Shanxi Province, and to provide reference for making training plan to improve the data literacy training programs. Methods: Investigation on extracting 412 medical graduates in Shanxi Province by cluster sampling approach to data literacy levels .Results: Clinical medicine, was statistically significant (P <0.05) differences in cognitive basic medicine, public health and medical professionals in all aspects of data quality, identity, discipline and published papers score will affect data quality levels. Conclusion: Medical graduates from general data at a lower literacy level, professional significant differences; proposals to strengthen the medical schools differentiated instruction, improve data quality levels.
