针对参考级直流标准电压源范围宽、指标高,校准流程复杂的问题,研制了一套基于程控低热电势开关矩阵的参考级直流标准电压源自动校准系统。主要介绍了系统的组成、低热电势开关矩阵的研制、参考级直流标准电压源的校准方法,并对系统进行了不确定度评估,经评定直流电压100V不确定度达到2×10-6(k=2)。通过系统的应用,提升了校准数据的可靠性,提高了标准装置利用率,降低了管理成本;为及时、准确、高效地满足各机构对参考级直流标准电压源的溯源需求提供了保障。
To calibrate high precision voltage source and simplify its calibration process, an automatic calibration system for reference dc standard voltage source based on programmed low thermal potential switch matrix is developed. The essay introduces the composition of the system, the development of the low thermal potential switch matrix and the calibration method of the reference level dc standard voltage source. The uncertainty of the calibration system is also evaluated with dc voltage 100V reaching 2×10-6(k=2). Through the application of the system, the reliability of calibration is improved, the utilization rate of standard device expanded, and the cost is reduced. It provides a timely, accurate and efficient calibration service for institutions with reference dc standard voltage sources tracebility needs.
