In the world of communication wireless system its advanced significance , we can see the massive acceleration in the development of mobile generation during few last years, we know that for the huge consumption of mobile devices and apps that need to peak data rate these reason for this development from first to fifth generation, also the smart devices in IOT that need the lower latency for quick communication with each other like D2D ; this main reason for interesting to next generation communication mobile 5G ,this generation provides us many of characteristic related by more capacity 1000X ,10-100 connect and 0.1-1 ms of latency ,all this feature of large bandwidth about 1-2 Gigabit it's obstacles for multiplegiga of BW , in this paper we spilt bandwidth into dualband each band given nearly [1-Gigbit],to solve the broadband of 5G,using design array operation at 28G from ACMA with TL network to get the dualband at 28GHz below -40dB and 29.5GHz at-25dB for using up-downlink .
