摘 要
作为具有专门用途语言使用特点的商务谈判口译是典型的直接语言行为。而现阶段国内的口译测试的设计和题型比较单一，还没有专业化、精细化的口译资格测试的研究和实践。本文的研究目的旨在交际语言运用测试和专门用途语言测试理论基础上，借鉴发展较为成熟的语言测试理论，研发一套适合商务谈判的口译运用测试，搭建出该类测试开发的框架，并为其后的效度验证铺垫基础。

Abstract
Interpretation is a typical direct language behavior with special purpose. The test design and task of interpretation testing of China, for a long time, is quite simple. And a specialized business negotiation interpretation test has not yet been researched. The purpose of this research is to build a test development framework for a new business negotiation interpretation test, under the relatively matured language testing theory—as directed by the combined guidance of language performance testing and language for special purposes testing theory. Thus will guide researchers to the feasible development and validation steps in future.
