Military English is a special English that matches military activity. As the education transforming its object from the academies to professional education, an increasing number of military colleges begin to establish its language courses. Strengthening foreign language teaching has become a requisite part of the transformation of foreign language teaching in our military academies. At present, English teaching in military academies requires positing and arranging its development reasonably, so it should not follow the trend blindly. Therefore, the paper is guided by the basic theory of ESP, which is based on the training objectives and the teaching practice of military English teaching. The trinity strategy is contained by the strategy of improving the ability of military English expression, the content authenticity strategy of increasing the professional knowledge and the central strategy of the trainees. The aim is to improve students' interest in learning English, enhance their quality of language and carry out the international exchanges. It can also strengthen the practicality of military English teaching, so as to provide effective reference for the teaching practice of English teaching, which is combined the characteristics with the military school in teaching practice.
