English for the Navy in the Naval Aviation University is compulsory for the cadets who receive four year military education and will be line officers or professonal and technical officers after graducation. Only after successfully completion of college English do the cadets sit in the English for the Navy classrooms and receive the naval professional quality oriented education curriculum. This course aims to deliever the naval military knowledge and information based on the English language and its application skills.”Output Driven-Input Enabled Hypothesis ” is applied as a leading teaching theory to deliver the instructions which emphasizes the practical use of the what the students have gained. Therefore, the essentiial doctrine is to enhance the naval cadets’ occupational and humanstic qualities which highlights the close relationship between aptitude for English language skills and certain command of naval military majors. It is supposed to provide useful information, rich contents, insteresting classroom activities and problem solutions which are relevant for the military personnel in an increasingly international environment.
