The development of ESP teaching resources is the key of the ESP curriculum construction. Through actively coupling with the development of college and the demand of postal enterprise, and more 30 years of continuously ecological development and application of teaching resources, we have forged a“Double Qualified Teacher”“Four Abilities” teaching team, and built the "systematic" teaching resources with the characteristic of "docking position requirements, co-constructing by college and enterprise and covering international postal business process", and taking "Paper Textbook, Electronic Courseware, Micro-Course Video, Online Learning Platform" as the carrier. The series of English teaching materials for postal industry has filled many gaps in the construction of foreign language teaching resources for postal majors in China.

Its innovation points lie in (1) the "Institutionalization" of teaching resources development team capacity building; (2) the "Diversification" of teaching resources developers and users; (3) the "Dynamicity and Sustainability" of the content and presentation of teaching resources. All of these have played an active role in carrying out college teaching, supporting postal enterprise training, and serving the society.
