For factors such as human factors, causes, environment, energy and management in the operation of metal non-metal mine tailings pond. Combine the accidents and risks associated with tailings pond accidents and the actual operation of tailing ponds in the past. Applying the intrinsic safety principles of human, material , management, system, and dynamic in the intrinsic safety theory system, effective identify and control of the risks and hidden dangers in the operation of the tailings ponds are carried out. In addition, The existing methods for the management and risk control of tailings ponds are improved , and the intrinsic safety of the production systems of single equipment and technical systems is gradually transferred to the intrinsic safety of the entire system. In order to further reduce the probability of accidents during the operation of tailings ponds, it is necessary to provide safeguards for the establishment of an adaptive and intrinsically safe tailing pond.
